Ralph Simpson: DWS 17.0

The bulk of Mr. Simpsons career was spent with the Denver Rockets/Nuggets of the ABA.  He did have an NBA career after the merger but his heyday was in the ABA.

At six-foot-five and two-hundred pounds, Simpson was a big, physical guard.  He was the leading scorer in Nuggets’ ABA history. Although defensive statistics are hard to come by, Simpson is generally regarded as a premier defender from his time in the League.

He went to High School with Spencer Haywood.

He is the father of recording artist India Arie.
