3) Earl “J.R.” Smith

J.R. Smith is continuing to produce at a high level out in Cleveland. Even though he is still a microwave shooter, he has developed into a mature player. Prior to these “mature” years in Cleveland, we had the immature wild child here in Denver.

J.R. Smith was a high-flying specimen who loved taking deep shots (on and off the court).

Even though this took place while he was in New York, this doesn’t come to a surprise to us Nuggets’ fans. J.R. Smith was an exciting player to see where a Nuggets uniform, and it’s exciting to have seen him earn an NBA Championship with Cleveland back in 2017.
