The Denver Nuggets played as complete a game as they have all season last night.

It was nice to see this Denver Nuggets team withstand a 3rd quarter dip and win a road game with solid performances all-around.

Each of the eight Nuggets participants in the game contributed on both ends of the floor.  Great players were great, role players filled those roles.  There’s not a lot to complain about with this one.

The Nuggets were further rewarded with a Jazz loss and a Clippers loss.  Those, coupled with the Nuggets victory, moved Denver within one game of the 8th seed and kept the Clippers a safe game-and-a-half back.

As premature as it would seem, given the last two-weeks of Nuggets basketball, we should talk about trying to get the seven seed.  We’ve had an awful run with the Rockets this year.  We’ve had a lot more success against the Warriors, who are banged-up heading into the playoffs.

It will be fun to see how this all plays out but before we get to any of that, let’s hand out a couple of player grades from last night.
