The Denver Nuggets’ Jamal Murray has been great as of late. He will have a chance to showcase his potential against All Star, Victor Oladipo.

The Denver Nuggets’ Jamal Murray has been crucial for the team while Gary Harris recovers from his knee injury.

Denver still misses Murray’s back court mate quite a bit. However, Murray is growing up quickly. Jamal showed this in the win against the Milwaukee Bucks the ice water he possesses in his veins.

Against the Pacers, he will be in for another tough test. Victor Oladipo is having a break out season. It has resulted in the Pacers staying in relevant. It has also resulted in an All Star game for him.

When Oladipo was drafted, everyone knew he had a ton of potential coming out of college. After stints with the Orlando Magic and Oklahoma City Thunder, he is finally in an environment where he thrives. This is another example which goes to show sometimes the player is not the problem, but simply the system he plays in when it comes to professional sports.

Jamal Murray has transitioned nicely to the point guard spot this season. Yes, he has had some games where he has struggled, but, overall, the season has been great for the Kentucky product. He has done a good job of avoiding the sophomore slump. Whoever will win this match up at the point guard spot will most likely dictate whose team will win the game.

It is imperative Murray shows up on both ends of the floor. Oladipo will be ready to show up. He will put on a show in front of the Pepsi Center crowd. As a result, Jamal Murray’s competitive spirit is going to be fiery.
