Give Nikola Jokic the max extension

Signing Nikola Jokic to a long-term extension is practically set in stone. The Denver Nuggets have made it clear to the entire NBA that Nikola Jokic is the face of the franchise.

Over the weekend, the team declined Jokic’s team option, making him a restricted free agent for the upcoming season.

Here is the most recent update to the Nikola Jokic free agency saga according to Shams Charania.

This move was to be expected and Jokic is going to be paid what he deserves.

Locking up Jokic for another five years was a great move by the Denver Nuggets’ front office.
