The Denver Nuggets are in dire need of a backup point guard.

The two point guards to play 500+ minutes behind Jamal Murray (Devin Harris and Emmanuel Mudiay) combined to average just 8.4 points and 2.7 assists on 18.8 minutes per game.

That won’t cut it next season if the Nuggets are going to contend for a playoff spot.

That’s why we’re going to be looking at options at the one that won’t break the bank to sign(under $5 million projected contract).
