Isaiah Thomas

This one should not be a surprise. Thomas is only two years removed from being an MVP candidate and averaging nearly 30 points per game. Not to mention, he led the league in fourth quarter scoring that particular year.

Last season, he was recovering from an injury and saw himself traded away mid season to the Los Angeles Lakers. The Nuggets were able to get a bargain for the veteran point guard on a one year veteran minimum deal.

For the Denver Nuggets, they will be hoping to get the Boston Celtics’ version of Isaiah Thomas.

Thomas will be looking to return to form with the hopes of convincing one team in the league to give him a max deal, something we were expecting him to get after his MVP caliber season with the Boston Celtics.
