At number eight for the Denver Nuggets, I have the Joker, Nikola Jokic.

I just couldn’t help myself putting the Joker at eight over Nurk. Can you blame me, this is a guy that completely out-played Nurkic and led the team to an incredible run on the offensive side of the ball when he took over.

However, this article isn’t about that, or his correlation to Nurkic.

Jokic is such a polarizing player, with some of the greatest offensive prowess out of a big man that we’ve ever seen.

His passing skills are off-the-charts, and his rebounding ability is great. He is a pretty big liability on defense, but we hope to see him improve on that category in the coming years.

No, what makes him an enforcer is the charismatic leadership of this young squad. Whether it’s being the light-hearted, humorous guy on the court, or taking the initiative and arguing with a referee, Jokic is always willing to take that role.

He’s always sneakily getting into his opponent’s heads as well, can anybody forget about the time that DeAndre Jordan tried to break his arm?

This is an example of a current player that can handle being the face of a franchise, but knows when it’s time to put himself on the line as well.
