Denver Nuggets vs. Chicago Bulls: Two takeaways
By Peter Hooper
Denver Nuggets Must And Will Shoot Better From 3.
Quite often, when looking at the numbers the Nuggets have put up so far this season. An average, or below average performance from 3 shows up.
So far this season, the Denver Nuggets are 29th in the NBA for 3 point shooting (29.3%). This is a stark contrast from their record last season when they were 5th (37.1%).
Again, the fact that the Nuggets have still been winning and could indeed have been unbeaten is worth remembering.

It is likely just a matter of time before Gary Harris, Jamal Murray and the Nuggets in general, once again heat up from 3.
However, coach Malone must make it a priority to facilitate a 3 point revival in Denver. The best way to do that, is to ensure Jokic leads any 3 point assault.
Jokic being hot from 3, should make it easier for Jamal, Gary and the rest of the Nuggets to get good looks from deep.
Finally, the players who are struggling from 3 may want to focus on getting to the rack and hitting mid range jumpers.
So as to increase the chances of their jumpers falling from 3 too. Denver must remain confident, chances are their 3 point shooting improves in due course.
