A healthy roster: If there has been one negative aspect of the Nuggets’ season which has been consistent, it has been the injury bug.

First, Will Barton went down at the very start of the regular season with a core injury. Not to mention, Isaiah Thomas and Michael Porter Jr, were expected to miss a lot of time this season.

More disaster struck as Gary Harris was put on the mend right after the Portland Trail Blazers game where he hit the go ahead three point shot with 16 seconds left to give them a 113-112 win. The injuries did not stop there though.

Paul Millsap was also listed as out as he suffered a broken toe in a loss to the Charlotte Hornets. However, Denver was still resilient as they found a way to keep winning.

Now, imagine if they get a healthy roster. Suddenly, the rest of the league better watch out since this team has been giving the best in the West losses without their full roster.

Sustained success: Despite all of their success at the first half of this regular season, there is still plenty of season left to play.

After all, we saw the Utah Jazz turn things around at this point last year and found a way into the post season after looking dead in the water in the first half of the year.

There is always an off chance the Nuggets start to stagnate, so the logical gift would be for the team to keep up their sustained level of success.
