Trade #1

This trade may not be very glamorous, but we are trying to be realistic here. No team is going to do away with a star player for a stretch four who has been inconsistent in his four year career so far.

The Wizards could get a jump on the rebuild process bringing in Lyles who could provide them a big who can stretch the floor (or use him as a piece in a trade involving Bradley Beal or John Wall), while the Nuggets either can use Brown Jr. and Green for another trade, or stash them on the bench to provide them even more depth, particularly at the wing position.

Green is a journey man, so he has plenty of experience to add to the young Denver core and could come off the bench when either Will Barton or Torrey Craig need a breather, or even start and give the starting rotation some extra veteran experience.

This idea could get the attention of the Washington Wizards general manager (GM).
