The Denver Nuggets picked up a 114-105 win to secure a spot in the 2019 playoffs.

The Denver Nuggets fought all game, and it paid off to the tune of a 114-105 victory over the Boston Celtics. The Celtics aren’t a team to take lightly. They have a superstar in point guard Kyrie Irving, young talent in Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, and a good veteran leader in center Al Horford.

It was a close game throughout, as Denver was up by one point at halftime and the game was tied at the end of the third quarter. However, with the game still tight in the fourth quarter, Denver began to pull away thanks to the help of Nikola Jokic, who finished with 21 points, 13 rebounds and seven assists. He also displayed his rim protecting abilities, finishing the game with two blocks, including this emphatic rejection on Irving:
