After two seasons of learning and waiting patiently for his moment, Malik Beasley finally got a chance to shine. Injuries to Will Barton and Gary Harris allowed Beasley to pick up extra minutes, and he made the most of it. He proved to be a deadly shooter, scoring at a 47% clip (40% from 3). He provided the team with a scoring punch whenever it was required either off the bench or as a starter. His last season he was only able to hit averages of 3.2 PPG, 1.1 RPG, 0.5 APG, a far cry from his averages today of 11.3 PPG, 2.5 RPG, 1.2 APG. Beasley is still only 22 years old and will look to further tap into his potential in the playoffs and next season.
