Why the Denver Nuggets should pursue Terrence Ross: Veteran Experience

When healthy, Denver boasts one of the best young cores in the NBA. From the undeniable brilliance of Nikola Jokic, the contagious swagger of Jamal Murray to the untapped potential of Michael Porter Jr. and Bones Hyland, the future is bright for the Denver Nuggets.

Even so, every great team needs veteran leadership and experience to balance out its youth. Terrence Ross can do just that for the Nuggets.

The swingman will be entering his 11th season in the NBA this fall. In addition, he just spent a year playing with and mentoring one of the youngest teams in the league.

Denver could use Ross’ scoring acumen and experience next season. The 6’6″ bucket-getter would likely enjoy such a change in scenery.

Bottom line: Ross is looking for a new home this summer, and Denver could be the perfect fit.
