The Denver Nuggets are looking to win their eighth straight game when they take on the Minnesota Timberwolves on Wednesday night.

If you’re looking for some different ways to wager on this game, you can bet on some prop bets for the Nuggets and Wolves, and there are two I love for tonight’s matchup.

Let’s dive into the picks, which include a prop for Aaron Gordon:

Timberwolves vs. Nuggets best NBA prop bets today

  • Aaron Gordon OVER 0.5 3-Pointers Made
  • D’Angelo Russell OVER 17.5 Points

Aaron Gordon OVER 0.5 3-Pointers Made

Aaron Gordon is shooting 38.1 percent from beyond the arc this season, and he just needs to make one shot from deep to clear this prop on Wednesday.

This is a good matchup for Gordon and the Nuggets, as the Timberwolves rank 28th in the league in opponent 3-pointers allowed per game.

Gordon has hit a 3-pointer in four of his last six games, and he’s also taken multiple shots from deep in all four games that he made one.

If he sees more volume tonight, which he should since the Wolves don’t defend the 3 well, he should be able to sink one.

D’Angelo Russell OVER 17.5 Points

D’Angelo Russell could be in line for a big scoring role tonight with Anthony Edwards and Rudy Gobert listed as questionable, and he’s been putting up points in bunches as of late.

Russell has cleared 17.5 points in five of his last eight games, posting games of 25, 22, 25 and 21 points over that stretch.

Someone is going to have to score for the Wolves if Edwards doesn’t play, and Russell should see plenty of usage as the team’s lead guard.
