Aaron Gordon - Ranked 63rd

Aaron Gordon is ranked… too low. After being one of the missing pieces to the Nuggets first championship, AG got his flowers from NBA fans and CBS ranked him 54th. This year however, he has slipped to 63rd overall after a down-season offensively.

Gordon shot below 30% from beyond the arc for the first time since 2016-2017, but much of that could be chalked up to him needing 21 stitches in his hand following a dog bite in the middle of the season. In the playoffs, his 3-point shooting was actually a strength as he connected on 40.7% of his attempts. Look for him to bounce back this year from deep.

Additionally, Gordon had perhaps the best defensive season of his career and was a borderline All-Defensive player. This is thanks to his on-ball defense and his defensive versatility, which oftentimes seems to go unnoticed by the casual NBA fan. He should definitely be ranked in the 50s rather than the 60s.

Other forwards ranked in the same range: Jaden McDaniels (62), Khris Middleton (61), Draymond Green (56), and Julius Randle (54).
