One of the best matchups in the NBA on Monday night is between the Denver Nuggets and Los Angeles Clippers, where several stars will take the floor at Crypto.com Arena.

Denver’s road woes this season are well-documented, so the best way to bet on the Nuggets may be in the prop market.

Who should bettors consider wagering on tonight? I have two players on Denver to back as well as a Clippers star who may be undervalued.

Nuggets vs. Clippers best NBA prop bets today

  • Michael Porter Jr. OVER 6.5 rebounds
  • Nikola Jokic OVER 30.5 points
  • James Harden OVER 14.5 points

Michael Porter Jr. OVER 6.5 rebounds

Michael Porter Jr. is averaging 7.7 rebounds per game this season, and he’s picked up at least seven boards in seven of his last 10 games.

While the Clippers are 12th in the NBA in rebounding percentage, Porter Jr. has been hitting the glass at a high level all season, grabbing double-digit boards three times in his last eight games.

He did fall short of this number the last time these teams matched up, but he had five boards in that game despite struggling offensively (10 points). He should be more involved on Monday.

Nikola Jokic OVER 30.5 points

With Jamal Murray out, Nikola Jokic has been forced to carry this Denver offense, scoring 30 or more points in three straight games and seven of his last 10. Jokic had 32 points on 8-of-23 shooting the last time these teams played.

That was an extremely inefficient game for the Joker, so I’d be shocked to see him fall short of this total if he turns things around in that department on Monday.

The Clippers – even with Ivica Zubac – lack the depth to defend Jokic in the paint.

James Harden OVER 14.5 points

James Harden has taken just 23 shots in his last three games, scoring 16, eight and eight points in those games.

So why go over?

It’s rare that Harden’s prop will be this low, and he did score 21 points the last time these two teams faced off. I think Harden is due for some higher usage shooting the ball, and he did shoot just 2-for-8 in both games he went under this number.

In his seven-shot game, Harden got the line enough to score 16 points. I think he can find his way back towards the 20-point mark on Monday night.
