The 2024 NBA Draft Lottery occurred on Sunday, establishing the top 14 picks in this June’s NBA Draft. So now that the lottery and tiebreakers have been determined, we know the entire draft order, accounting for all trades, protections, forfeited picks, and all other crazy stipulations.

Of course, there is sure to be more wheeling and dealing leading up to, during, and immediately following the draft, but now we know exactly what picks teams have to trade and receive, what picks have conveyed, and which have been kicked down the road.

What draft picks do the Nuggets have?

The Nuggets hold their own first-round pick, which falls at 28th overall. They finished the regular season tied for the second-best record in the NBA with the Oklahoma City Thunder, but Denver won a tiebreak for the 28th pick; the Thunder will pick 29th.

The Nuggets also have a pick in the second round they acquired from the Thunder, which originally belonged to the Timberwolves. That pick landed at the 26th pick of round 2, the 56th overall pick in the draft. The Nuggets previously traded away their own second-round pick to the Suns, who subsequently forfeited the pick due to tampering violations.
