The Nuggets had a massive performance on Friday night to, at least temporarily, save their season. The team now trails 2-1 in their second-round playoff series with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Winning game four would be huge, as it would even up the series and give the Nuggets homecourt advantage back in the series.
This all sets up what should be one of the biggest games of the entire NBA season and one that may well determine the Western Conference champions. Denver was in a world of hurt after dropping the first two games of the series at home but was able to rally and counterpunch in game three. Game four will be can’t-miss drama and entertainment.
Who is playing?
The number two seed in the Western Conference is battling with the number three seed in the West, the Minnesota Timberwolves.

This is the second round of the NBA’s Western Conference playoffs. The winner of this best-of-seven series will advance to the Western Conference Finals where they will take on either the Dallas Mavericks or Oklahoma City Thunder (The Mavericks currently lead that series 2-1) for a trip to the NBA Finals.

Game four will be nationally televised on TNT. Games one and two were also on TNT before switching over to ESPN for game four.

Game four will be played at Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the home of the TImberwovles. Games one and two were at Ball Arena in Denver, games three and four are in Minnesota, game five will be back in Denver, game six in Minnesota, and a game seven would be played in Denver.
