Nate Robinson’s Circus-Shot Named One of Top Plays of the Preseason

During the preseason game between the Denver Nuggets and Chicago Bulls earlier this month, point guard Nate Robinson wowed the crowd with a desperation three-pointer from deep that hit nothing but net. We featured the play here on Nugg Love, and now the shot has been named as one of the top plays of the entire preseason by the NBA.

Robinson’s prayer was answered after he heaved the ball at the bucket, despite the fact that he was falling away near mid-court as the shot clock wound down. It turned out to be good enough to earn the number four spot on the NBA’s Top 10 plays:
