Jamal Murray

Rumors of trade talks have been pestering every NBA team, and Denver is one of the hot spots for these trade rumors. Supposably, the only way the Nuggets can get this Kentucky sharpshooter is by trading for a higher pick.

Murray is projected to go to the New Orleans Pelicans at #6 according to NBADraft.net.

Murray was electrifying for the Wildcats last season as he averaged 20.0 points per game including over 3.5 threes per game. Murray, to Denver’s liking, shot over 40% from downtown in his freshman year at Kentucky.

With the buzz of players like Marquese Chriss and Dragan Bender, there is a possibility that Murray will fall to the Nuggets, and it is guaranteed that if he is there they will take him.

He could be the fix, but the Nuggets will most likely only trade up for a player like Brandon Ingram.

Likelihood: 10%
