Cons of having Cousins in Denver.
Cousins has had a maturity problem ever since he got drafted, which could be a big factor as to why the Kings have had 6 different coaches since 2010. Cousins at times says too much and has caught himself in certain situations he could of avoided if he just kept the mouth shut.

His negative body language and lack of composure has played a big part in the mental weakness of Cousins. Sometimes he can go a little bit over board by initiating issues. Boogie has certainly seen his fair share of technical fouls in his NBA career.
Locker room chemistry is important in sports, especially during an 82 game season. During adversity, it’s always important to act in a professional manner. This is Cousins weakness and, Malone has done a spectacular job of changing the culture in Denver, and a turmoil coated locker room is the last thing on Denver’s check sheet. The importance of chemistry should not be undervalued.
