Gary Harris

Pokemon: Squirtle

There are many reasons that I chose Squirtle to represent Harris, and they aren’t too difficult to see. In the beginning of the earlier Pokemon games, players chose to start with one of three Pokemon: Squirtle, Charmander, or Bulbasaur. Squirtle is a small water-type Pokemon that closely resembles that of a turtle. He is a very dependable starter Pokemon, just as Harris is a dependable starting shooting guard, and both of them have some incredible potential.

A Squirtle has the chance to one day evolve into a Blastoise, a big water-type Pokemon who can deal and take a lot of damage. Harris has a great chance to blossom into a star in the league, and Nugg Love has expressed time and time again that we LOVE Gary Harris. I do know that it could take some time for him to become the player he could be, but a Squirtle doesn’t automatically become a Blastoise does it?

Considering a Squirtle is a water-type, another way they are similar is by how wet Gary Harris’ jumpers are.

I warned you.
