#4: Damian Lillard

Damian Lillard is one of the NBA’s best point guards and he still hasn’t reached his prime. With both him and McCollum improving, the Blazers are looking like they are going to be a perennial playoff contender.

More from Nugg Love

Lillard had career highs in points and assists last season and both jumped quite a bit from his previous career highs. Lillard is still improving and should be a force in the league for quite a while.

He led a team to the second round of the playoffs. Many did not believed that Portland last season would even be a top 10 team in the West, but Lillard proved them all wrong.

If he hasn’t already, Damian Lillard is about to break out. He is a superstar, and he is about to continue his dominance.
