Dec 12 @ Mavericks

Remember when I said that the Wizards are garbage?

More from Nuggets News

Yeah, I lied the Mavericks are literal garbage right now. At 3-13 they are one of the worst teams in the league, I assume that Dirk will be back for this game but how effective will he be? Probably not a whole lot, they did however just beat the Pelicans, who beat the Nugg’s early in the year so this could be another trap game but the Nuggets should put this away quickly.

Honestly the only couple of the things that Denver needs to do is make sure that their perimeter defense is solid. Harrison Barnes and Wesley Matthews can both light it up from deep, and they could be lethal against the Nuggets if left unguarded. This will be the last of the Denver six-game road trip, so it will be crucial that can come out a win against one of the NBA’s worst teams.

I predict the Nuggets win big this one with their second unit doing most of the heavy lifting.
