Regardless of Atlanta’s current denial of an imminent trade, don’t give up on that possibility. Millsap is still in his prime and his numbers match Aldridge throughout his career.

He is the kind of player who can remain effective for many more years like Tim Duncan. Millsap grew up in Colorado.

We could professionally trade some of our good players to a team they would like to play for and get an anchor and closer. The money would be no problem.

So we need to consider this carefully and realize we must progress.

Where we are is very good veterans and great talent not fully developed, perhaps two or three years away from being truly effective. We have no consistent closer.
