The Nuggets landed the 13th pick in the NBA Draft Lottery.

Well, we all knew that the Denver Nuggets were not going to get a flashy position in the draft.

The experts projected them to get the 13th pick and at the end of the day, they were right. However, fans should not be discouraged by this.

Denver has a couple of options that they can explore. They can always trade up to get a particular player they may have their sights on. However, this can be risky because they may need to give up a key asset which could come back to bite them.

This year’s draft class is very loaded, so Denver is not going to just draft some scrub. People of the likes of Justin Jackson, Justin Patton, and Jonathan Isaac are all potential targets for them and they all have tremendous potential.

That is only a few possible prospects, there is actually a handful of prospects who could be the missing link for the Nuggets.

Even though the 13th pick may not look like a stellar pick for the Nuggets, it will still yield some key talent for this franchise this summer.
