Nuggets reportedly involved in three team deal
By Mathew Huff
The Denver Nuggets are reportedly involved in a three team deal that would send Paul George to Cleveland and Kevin Love to Denver.
According to an article from bleacher report, there seems to be talks surrounding a three team deal involving the Denver Nuggets, the Indiana Pacers and the Cleveland Cavaliers. The big part of it would be Paul George going to Cleveland, but the trade would also net Denver a star.
Kevin Love could be solid alongside Nikola Jokic in the post. Will it cure the defensive problems that plagued the Nuggets this past season? No. But, it would be a start for the Nuggets becoming an attractive free agent destination.

It sounds as if the Nuggets would give up Kenneth Faried as their big portion of the deal if this trade were to go through. Faried would find himself in contention territory for the first time in his career, the Pacers could start their rebuild process officially, Cleveland would have a new arsenal of talent to throw at Golden State and Kevin Love would have a more significant role in Denver.
Love would be on a team that is still growing, but he would have a leadership role alongside Nikola Jokic and Gary Harris. All while Denver continues to cultivate young talent with the likes of Jamal Murray, Malik Beasley and Juancho Hernangomez.
The Nuggets would still not be contenders by any means, but it could finally push them back into the post season.
Plus, Love in Denver could also be a lure for any other free agents who may be interested in the Mile High.
