Nikola Jokic has had quite the off season and is impressing fans with his uncanny ability to make shots from wherever on the court.
Nikola Jokic has had quite the off season so far. He has been training with Nuggets’ trainer Steve Hess to prepare for the upcoming season and now, a video has surfaced of him draining a shot from past half court as if it was nothing.

Whether it was this off season or not remains to be seen, but it still shows how good he really is. It was not just any shot, it was a shot where he was turned around and threw up a backwards granny shot which was drained effortlessly.
Now, if he can do some of that next season, that would be great for the Nuggets, (I am somewhat joking, I do not want him just hoisting up any shot, but you understand my point.) The video was posted on the facebook page of Open Court and you can view it right here.
Jokic is geared up to have a terrific year after already having a great season last year. Now, with a guy like Paul Millsap helping him man the paint, Denver will have a great opportunity to take many steps forward as the team continues to build towards something special.
His work with Steve Hess shows his work ethic is to not be questioned. It shows he is willing to do whatever it takes to improve his craft. If he is making shots like this when he is just messing around, then there is not telling how high Jokic can soar as he progresses in his career.
It is good to see Jokic can mess around once in a while and still showcase his massive potential.

One thing is already very clear, the rest of the league better be put on notice as the next NBA season approaches quickly. Let’s be honest, the shot was very impressive.
