The players to headline the team include Alex English, David Thompson, Fat Lever and Carmelo Anthony. Other note-able players include Dan Issel, Dikembe Mutumbo, Kiki Vandeweghe, Allen Iverson and Chauncey Billups. However, the list does not end there though.
Some surprising names who made the team include Nick Van Exel, Danilo Gallinari, Antonio McDyess, Laphonso Ellis, Nene, Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf. The starting lineup will consist of English, Lever, Thompson, Anthony and Issel. This is somewhat surprising considering there is not a true power forward or center in this lineup. They will really be the epitome of a small ball lineup.
Nevertheless, it will be fun to utilize this star studded lineup and toy with different rotations once the new game is released. Let’s be honest here, playing a rotation which would consist of Vandeweghe alongside the great Dikembe Mutumbo has to be on top of many Nuggets’ fans wish lists when it comes to NBA 2K18.
Or even having Allen Iverson playing alongside Fat Lever or Chauncey Billups would be a fun lineup to use as well. Some note-able names who did not make the team include Kenyon Martin, Marcus Camby and Robert Pack. However, this is still a star studded roster and I firmly believe 2K got this one correct when it comes to the Denver Nuggets.
Gallinari is a bit of a head scratcher, but do not forget, Denver has not had quite the talent come through compared to a Boston Los Angeles.

Regardless, this is a great roster 2K has assembled and I am looking forward to using it once I get the game.
