The Denver Nuggets have made great strides, but they are still being overlooked.
The Denver Nuggets have shown flashes of their potential so far this preseason. They have topped the defending NBA champion Golden State Warriors and have battled it out with the Lakers and prevailed.

However, the media still apparently hates the team. When Denver defeated Golden State, the highlight reel barely showed the Nuggets any love and just talked about how much the Warriors struggled.
And when Denver defeated the Lakers, all what was talked about was how much Lonzo Ball struggled and did not pay attention at all to how well the Denver Nuggets played or how Gary Harris performed or how well the star duo of Millsap and Jokic performed.
Denver is still being massively overlooked and underrated by the NBA media and for some reason, the media still refuses to give Denver the proper credit they truly deserve. Sadly, I do not see this trend changing anytime soon.
The only way to remedy this situation is to either win the NBA Finals, or pull off an unbelievable upset in the playoffs against a team like the Golden State Warriors. Denver deserves a lot more credit than they receive from the NBA media and for whatever reason, they still refuse to give credit where credit is due despite how well the Nuggets are playing.
All I know is it is time for the both the team and the fans to put their foot down and make it clear that the Nuggets are sick of getting overlooked and the team will be on a mission to prove all of the critics wrong this coming season.

Denver is still one of the most underrated teams in the entire NBA, but maybe this will ignite a fire underneath the team.
