Premier defender.

It is easy to understand that Gary Harris is the Nugget’s premier perimeter defender.

Combining his quickness with lanky reach, he has been able to contain some of the NBA’s top scorers.

Harris’s defensive prowess initially gave him the opportunity to see the court. Originally, Harris was believed to be a sole defensive stopper, much like a Tony Allen or Andre Roberson.

Rather, he focused on enhancing his offensive capabilities while increasing his versatility on the court.
