On this countdown, we continue with the veteran point guard, Jameer Nelson.

Jameer Nelson is one of the veteran players for the Denver Nuggets and is considered an important part of the team by the coaches and management.

So, which player would he equal from the Denver Broncos. The player he would be is the offensive lineman, Max Garcia. Both Garcia and Nelson have had their moments for their respective teams, but in the past couple of years, they have started to show their age.

Many fans wish the Nuggets would part ways with Nelson as they believe they should let Jamal Murray have the reigns at the starting point guard spot with Emmanuel Mudiay leading the second unit from the point guard spot.

Max Garcia used to be solid part of the Broncos offensive line, but in the last couple of seasons, he has massively struggled, much like Jameer in his veteran basketball career. Max Garcia is not what he used to be anymore, but he is still better than some other lineman in the NFL.

Therefore, he can still serve a role on many other teams despite him climbing in range. Jameer Nelson is in the same boat as he is nowhere where near what he used to be like he was in his Orlando Magic tenure, but he can still be a veteran mentor for young players on multiple teams.

Jameer is close to the end of not just his Nuggets tenure, but his NBA career as well. Max Garcia is in a similar position as he is getting close to the end of his career and is most likely in his twilight years for the Denver Broncos.
