The last time that the Thunder visited the Mile High City, they left Nuggets fans with a sour taste in our mouths. Tonight, the Nuggets were able to not only come back from what started to look like a loss, but they were able to get the win over the Thunder.
Nuggets v. Thunder
Emmanuel Mudiay led the way for his team with 21 points on 8/10 shooting, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists. Paul Millsap, who had a third consecutive great game, threw in 17 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists in his 40 minutes. The one and only Joker had a double-double with 15 points, 11 rebounds, and 3 assists. Mason Plumlee and Will Barton had 13 points a piece and Barton had the highest +/- of the night with a +20 game. Mudiay was key in tonights win and fans can hopefully count on Mudiay when he is needed during a tough stretch.
Former Denver Nugget Carmelo Anthony led the way for the Thunder with 28 points and 5 rebounds.
Through the first two quarters, the game stayed steady both teams as they exchanged baskets and at the half the Thunder led the Nuggets 53-51. By the end of the third quarter, OKC and Denver were tied up at 75-all. Down the stretch, the Nuggets improved, which helped them to get the 102-94 win.
Hot Shots
Mudiay moves between defenders to make a nice basket.

Malik Beasley gets points off of the drive and the and-1.
Quick Stats
All but two of the Nuggets starters were able to stay positive. Jokic had a +/- of +5, followed by Millsap with a +3. Wilson Chandler had a quiet 2 point, 3 rebound game but ended the night with a +/- of +1. Gary Harris ended the night with a -1 while Jamal Murray had a -9 by the end of the night.
The only player for the Thunder who ended the night on a positive note was Andre Roberson with 4 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists, and a +/- of +3.
Denver shot well tonight as they were 46.3% from the field, 33.3% from beyond the arc, and 77.3% from the free throw line. As it always seems to be, turnovers were an issue for the Nuggets as they had 20 turnovers. Off of those 20 turnovers, OKC was able to pick up 17 points. The Thunder had 15 steals while the Nuggets only had 7.
As of right now, Denver has moved up to be second in the Northwestern division, only behind Minnesota. Denver now had 7 wins and 5 losses on the season, 5 of those wins being at home.
The Nuggets will face the Magic on Saturday, November 11th in the Pepsi Center.
