Jamal Murray has an underrated kick game

Jamal Murray showcased some fire kicks on ABA Night when the Nuggets defeated the Thunder.
Denver Nuggets starting point guard, Jamal Murray, has a strong kicks game. He showed this in this latest home stand, he displayed customized shoes which had Moxxi the Miner on them. This is the old school logo the Nuggets had when they were a part of the ABA.

Out of all the players on the Nuggets, Jamal Murray has to be in the conversation for having the best kicks on the team. Other players like Gary Harris and Wilson Chandler are also in the conversation, but these shoes from Murray this past week really take the cake.

And this is coming from a guy who actually prefers Nike and Jordan to Adidas. Jamal actually said he was saving them for ABA Night when Denver took on the Thunder, but he couldn’t help himself and busted them out a game earlier. With how fresh they look, I can’t say I really blame him for having little self control when it came to his kicks.
Jamal Murray has been in a bit of a slump as of late, but he will have an opportunity to get out of it in his next game against the Orlando Magic. Murray has a silky smooth jump shot almost reminiscent of Steph Curry’s jump shot. Let’s see whatever kicks he busts out in the next game will help him recover the groove he was on in a recent three game stretch where he was scoring more than 20 points while starting at the point guard.

It will be interesting to see which kicks the Nuggets starting point guard has in store the rest of the season as it progresses forward.
