The Denver Nuggets will look to get an upset on the road as they take on the San Antonio Spurs.
It is hard to remember the last time the Denver Nuggets defeated the San Antonio Spurs. Despite improving year in and year out, San Antonio continues to have Denver’s number.

After losing by one point to the Boston Celtics, the Nuggets will come in after an emotional loss. A game which saw them come back from 20 points and actually take the lead a couple of times.
However, poor coaching and a high powered Celtics team helped Boston secure a win in the Mile High City.
Now, the Nuggets continue their extremely difficult four game stretch. It will be difficult to get a win in San Antonio, especially since the Spurs are six and a half point favorites, but the Nuggets cannot be overlooked. Denver has proven to surprise teams and fans this season for both the better and worse. They have defeated Portland and Golden State on a back to back on the road. They have also dropped very winnable games to teams like the Los Angeles Lakers, Sacramento Kings, New York Knicks and Atlanta Hawks.
It will all come down to how well the main players like Nikola Jokic, Jamal Murray and Gary Harris perform against the contender, San Antonio Spurs. They will be without Kawhi Leonard which helps, but this Spurs team knows how to win without their stars.
LaMarcus Aldridge has re-gained form this year and Jokic will be in for a tough test. If Aldridge gets hot, then the Nuggets will be in for a long night as they will be weary from a back to back.
