The Denver Nuggets will take on the red hot Houston Rockets at home for the final time this regular season.
The Denver Nuggets have shocked the NBA world as they have only lost one game in the month of February despite an extremely tough schedule. The one loss? The one seed in the Western Conference, the Houston Rockets.

The Nuggets will put their current win streak on the line against, you guessed it, the Rockets. Houston looks almost un-beatable right now with their free flowing offense and ability to shoot the three point shot at high clip. It also doesn’t hurt when James Harden is having yet another MVP time season.
However, this Denver squad has been growing and learning to overcome adversity on the fly this month. Something which many teams in the NBA have overlooked and paid the price for this season.
Denver has defeated every top team in the West this year, with the exception of the Houston Rockets. As a result, expect the Nuggets to come into this game with a chip on their shoulder and wanting to prove to the league they can defeat any team on any given night.
Nikola Jokic has been on a tear lately, but last time these teams played, Clint Capela had a career night against the Joker in the interior. Expect Nikola to come out aggressive and looking to prove last time was just a fluke against Houston’s center, who is leading the league in field goal percentage.
Wilson Chandler may be key as he has finally found his groove ever since the trade deadline. If Chandler can pour in a solid and efficient 15 or 16 point performance, Houston will be in for a tougher battle than expected.
