Paul Millsap to possibly return against Clippers
By Mathew Huff
Paul Millsap has been sidelined for months, but that may finally change against the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Denver Nuggets have done a good job holding their own in the wake of Paul Millsap’s wrist injury. They did lose some productivity, which was to be expected, but they fared better than many fans thought they would without their major free agent star acquisition from the summer.

However, he has been listed as questionable for the prime time Los Angeles Clippers. Denver could use him now as they are currently in the eighth seed right now being trailed by none other than, the Los Angeles Clippers.
It will take some time to knock off the rust for the veteran power forward, but it is his defense which will be a huge welcome in his return. Millsap will most likely not start and come off the bench just to ease into the thick of things, so do not expect him to play over 15 minutes in this game.
Millsap will help Jokic shore up the paint as Jokic is not known as a great defensive presence and rim protector, so the Clippers will have to think twice before driving into the lane and attempting a shot at the rim. Millsap is not going to put up a triple double in his first game back in more than a few months, but he will be able to execute the intangibles which do not show up on paper which will benefit the team.
The Clippers no longer have Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan may not play for this match up, so Paul Millsap will hopefully be able to provide some good productivity for the Nuggets.
