By now, everyone knows about the story line regarding Jamal Murray and the Lakers and how he trash talked Lonzo Ball and Lakers head coach, Luke Walton at the end of the game.

Paul Millsap and Nikola Jokic finally had a solid game with them co-existing at a high clip. Jokic finished the game with a stat line of 21 points, six rebounds and six assists while shooting 57.1% from the field.

Millsap, on the other hand, also had 21 points along with blocking three shots and grabbing six rebounds as well.

Gary Harris had a typical efficient Gary Harris type of game as he finished with 19 points and five rebounds and five assists while shooting 60% from the field and even shot a higher three point percentage of 62.5%.

This game even saw the Spaniard, Juancho Hernangomez, get some minutes in what feels like the first time in ages and it turned out to be a solid substitution, something we have rarely said about head coach, Michael Malone this season.

Denver had a bit of a scare at the end of third quarter as they actually found themselves trailing the Lakers. However, they were able to bounce back and finish the game on a surging run sealing the victory for the Denver Nuggets.

Denver was able to hold the Lakers sole star, Isiah Thomas to a measly 10 points, but allowed Brook Lopez to torch them for a total of 29 points.
