The Denver Nuggets dropped another winnable game and also showed why they do not deserve to make the post season.

The Denver Nuggets have been one of the most frustrating teams to watch this season. They continued this trend in their last game as they blew a 13 point lead to the rebuilding Los Angeles Lakers.

More from Nugg Love

Too many times this year, Denver has blown crucial leads and lost to teams who they should have defeated on paper. Losses like the Knicks, Lakers, Mavericks, Kings and Hawks are losses which come back to bite a team with post season aspirations like the Nuggets. Legitimate teams in the league do not drop games like these and if they do, they make sure it is remedied immediately.

Denver has clearly not done this and it has been extremely frustrating for the Denver fan base. They were in the thick of the Western Conference post season a couple of months ago, but they have fallen all the way down to the ninth spot while the rest of the Western Conference has been handling their business as of late.

Michael Malone has not been disciplining the players when they need to be and he refuses to switch up his poor rotations. The players are also guilty as well. They have been inconsistent and far too often, have looked disinterested in too many games this year. Many of these games have been the winnable games they have lost.

Coincidence? I don’t think so and it shows in their record. They could have a really nice record, but this team seems to be afraid of success and they simply do not deserve a post season spot after the hideous loss to the Los Angeles Lakers.

I know this is a harsh reality, but it is the simple truth after the last game, they need to have a Coming Jesus meeting.
