Denver Nuggets: Keys to the Grizzlies game
Six days ago, the Nuggets beat the Sacramento Kings 130-104. They dominated wire-to-wire, minus their typical third quarter swoon.
The win was a relief for Nuggets fans, it was comforting to see the team easily beat a team they should beat.

Tonight should be no different. There isn’t really room on the schedule anymore to discern between home-and-road. The Nuggets need to win, whether it’s at the friendly confines of Pepsi Center or on the road. The Nuggets need a convincing, easy win over the spiraling Grizzlies.
Beyond the obvious playoff push, the Nuggets need the win to protect Gary Harris and allow his knee to recover enough for him to be effective when he returns. They need it to inspire confidence for the next game in Miami. They need it to springboard them back into the possibility of a mid-level seed in the West.
Dialing down and focusing on the task at hand, particularly minus the steady hand of Harris is of utmost importance tonight. The team seems focused and ready but they also seemed that way when they lost to Dallas.
Of course tonight has to be a win but it also has to be a decisive win.
