Denver Nuggets: Memphis Grizzlies match up to watch
Tyreke Evans and Jamal Murray are nearly statistically indistinguishable.
Realistically, it depends solely on how Jamal plays. If he’s in attack mode, as he’s been for the last several games, then it will be on Evans to respond. If Jamal comes out tentative, the steady Evans will have an easier time.

For the season, Evans is averaging 19.5 points, 5.1 rebounds and five assists. He has struggled with injury but looks to be fully recovered. He is big at six-foot-six and 220lbs. He is out-of-position at the point and will be a physical handful for Murray. Evans uses his size and speed to get to the basket.
Tyreke is in his prime, playing in his eighth NBA season on a one-year, 3.9 million dollar contract.
Evans is +37 in (+/-) for the season. Fairly remarkable, but he did miss most of the Grizzlies 19-consecutive losses. Evans is a gifted scorer and was on many teams’ radar as a trade target this season. While nothing materialized, look for Evans to cash-in as an unrestricted free agent this summer.
