Denver Nuggets at Chicago Bulls: Preview

The Denver Nuggets will continue their road trip by traveling to Chicago to battle the Bulls.
The Denver Nuggets are coming off of one of the most heart breaking losses of the entire season. Losing in overtime to the Miami Heat felt like a punch in the gut, but they cannot dwell on that now.

Many fans have given up hope for the season, but the players know there is still a shot at the post season. If they truly want to restore faith within the fan base, then they must win this game at all costs.
However, given these circumstances, I am going to be a negative Nancy and say they will probably be defeated yet again. At this point, haven’t we all earned the right to lose confidence in them and feel defeated? It would be different if they only lost to non playoff teams once in a great while, but after it happens on a constant basis, then what else does this organization expect?
The last time these two squared off, Will Barton hit a game winning lay up in crunch time. As a result, he will most likely remember this and we may be in for another Barton nightmare consisting of him forcing terrible shots and refusing to communicate on defense.
Yes, I am being hard on this team right now. However, it is time to show the fans and I and rather than promising us results. If they do want to make the post season, it is time to start lolly gagging around and actually be serious and this goes all the way from the players to the coach.
