How can Harris be top five in the West when there is Klay Thompson, Jimmy Butler, C.J. McCollum and now DeMar DeRozan.
Well, let’s think about this. Harris is a solid defender with a nice spot up game.
Four of these six two guards I just talked about are solid defensive anchors. DeMar DeRozan is an offensive assassin, but a sub par defender. The same can be said about McCollum.
Not to take anything away from these two players. However, defense is something which teams treasure nowadays.
As a result, this will catch the eyes of coaches and analysts.
This will help Harris propel into the top five shooting guards in the Western Conference.
