The Denver Nuggets have been very active this off season.

With that being said, there is a good chance they are done making signings and are ready to turn their attention to the upcoming season.

More from Nugg Love

They have already done enough as it is and had a solid draft. The Nuggets started off the off season by securing their star long term.

They locked down Nikola Jokic for four more seasons and then did the same with their scorer, Will Barton.

Fast forward to the NBA Draft and they got possibly the steal of the draft class in Michael Porter Jr. That is, if he turns out to be healthy and lives up to this potential. The Nuggets were not done yet though.

They were then able to trade Wilson Chandler to the Philadelphia 76ers and got them to absorb his salary to help out their financial situation. This brings us to the recent acquisitions.

On the same day, Denver traded Darrell Arthur and Kenneth Faried to the Brooklyn Nets to massively help them financially. This allowed the team to get them below the luxury tax threshold.

The Denver Nuggets were then able to sign Isaiah Thomas to a one year deal for the veteran minimum to most likely come off the bench. Provided that the Nuggets did not have to break the bank to take care of their back up point guard situation, this was actually a great signing whether Thomas regains his MVP candidate form or not.

With all of the actions and steps Denver has taken this off season, do not be surprised if they decide to remain put for the rest of the summer.
