Similar to Kevin Durant, Michael Porter Jr. combines his 6’11 frame with stellar shooting, handles, and athleticism.

No player quite like Durant has entered the league since his draft date in 2007. MPJ has the potential to change this.

KD sports a career 27.1 points-per-game average (ESPN), and multiple Finals MVP awards. He will someday retire as one of the NBA’s top players in history. Herein lies the absolute upside of Michael Porter Jr.

As for my own take on this comparison, do not forget, there were many analysts saying he has the potential to be the next Kevin Durant when the Nuggets made the selection.
