Barton could not get his shot to fall for the life of him in this game.

He did have a big buzzer beater before the half, but other than that, his performance left something to be desired.
Barton finished with only six points on a terrible 8.3% shooting and shot only 16.7% from three point territory. The one thing which prevents him from getting a F is that he did record four assists, but he also had a box plus/minus of -4.
This was certainly not the best game we have seen from Barton and was the furthest thing from Will the “Thrill,” in this two point win at Staples Center.
However, it is only preseason and one should not worry about this one performance too much.
As long as this is not a recurring thing, Barton should be fine.
