Paul Millsap- C-

Millsap has not looked like the four time All Star we thought we were getting so far, but it could just be rust.

More from Nugg Love

He shot only 20% from the field to go along with a free throw percentage of 50%, but he did make his presence felt at the defensive end of the floor by recording two steals and a block.

This defensive out put prevents him from getting a D grade as he is going to be one of the defensive quarterbacks of this team this season.

He also tallied four rebounds, but had a less than stellar box plus/minus of -8.

I am going to give Millsap the benefit of the doubt so far as he has been vocal in taking a lesser role on this team and therefore, will not see as good of points per game numbers as he did in his Atlanta Hawks’ days.
