The Denver Nuggets are 4-0 coming off a win over the Sacramento Kings, only a few days removed from knocking off the defending champion Golden State Warriors.
We’re only 4 games into the season, but the Denver Nuggets have played the offense we expected and the defense is so far much improved. What’s Driving this thing? What should we be wary of?
Nikola Jokic has been a superstar just as the Nuggets fans as well as the brass hoped he would be.
Paul Millsap has been a real leader and brought his all star experience to the court with this Nuggets team. What he may be lacking early on in shooting/scoring he has far made up for with his defense and clutch leadership when it’s been required.

Breezing to a win over the Kings is what is supposed to happen to a true Western contender, but there are things showing up that may lose the Nuggets games against those Western contenders.
The injury to Will Barton has been mostly obscured by good performances from Juancho and Torrey Craig, but the fact remains the Nuggets lack that dynamic extra scorer until Isaiah Thomas returns.
