Nikola Jokic has been enjoying his summer to say the very least. The Denver Nuggets star has been able to relax a bit after leading the team to its first-ever NBA championship. So far, he’s been spotted winning horse races and partying at nightclubs.

The man likes to have a good time.

Jokic recently got back in on the fun. He was recently recorded joining in on the Serbian National Team’s celebration of their second-place finish in the FIBA World Cup. Video tweeted by shows Jokic shirtless and singing along with some of the nation’s basketball stars as part of the festivities.

Serbia very well could’ve won the entire tournament, had Jokic suited up for them this summer. However, it’s not shocking that he wanted a bit of a break from basketball after he and the Nuggets endured a long, grueling climb to the top of the NBA’s mountaintop.

Though Jokic didn’t take the court alongside his fellow countrymen, it doesn’t mean that he wasn’t showing them support.

Atlanta Hawks guard and fellow Serbian Bogdan Bogdanovic recently revealed that he’d been in contact with The Joker throughout the entire tournament.

“Asked about Nikola Jokic, who after winning the NBA championship with the Denver Nuggets couldn’t help the Serbian national team this summer, Bogdanovic said: ‘Nikola Jokic texts us after every game,’” wrote George Efkarpides of

Serbia was able to upset Team Canada, which was led by Oklahoma City Thunder star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, in the tournament’s semifinal. After downing the Canadians, Serbia lost a tight one to the German National Team, 83-77.

The fun for Jokic is almost over, as Denver’s training camp will kick off in less than a month. Their first preseason game will be held on Oct. 10.
